Type in terminal:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
Then replace everything there with:

You will have something like this:
then ctrl+x to save the changes and press enter.
Then in terminal type
sudo apt-get upgrade
Then
sudo apt-get update
And it is done. 🙂
